Interior: two folded cardstock sheets with printed black rectangles and text. Each page with a rectangle has a hole punched in it and a hint of white paint on the white paper and black paint or ink on the black printed rectangles. Also present are the faint indications of a page number and the artist's name 'Bibb' in pencil on each page.
